By accessing or using our website, Monster Forge, or any other products and services offered by Green God Games (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services
Green God Games develops and distributes tabletop role-playing game tools, adventures, campaign settings, digital resources, and related content.
Our Services include Monster Forge, an online monster creation and customization tool supporting Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition (2014) and the revised 2024 rules.
We may introduce, modify, improve, or discontinue features and services as our products evolve, subject to applicable law and any commitments made to paying customers.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use account-based features. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account, except where caused by our negligence or security failures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Monster Forge: Free and Paid Features
Monster Forge provides free access to its core monster creation and customization functionality.
Optional paid membership plans provide additional capabilities, including online storage of user-created monsters and access to certain character creation features.
Current membership offerings may include:
- Monster Smith: $9.99 per year, with storage for up to 50 saved monsters.
- Master Monster Smith: $19.99 per year, with storage for up to 500 saved monsters.
- Lifetime Monster Smith: $59.99 one-time purchase, with storage for up to 500 saved monsters.
Prices, features, storage limits, and availability are subject to change. The terms and prices presented at checkout govern each purchase.
We will disclose material changes to paid plans as required by applicable law.
Lifetime Memberships
A Lifetime Monster Smith membership provides access to the applicable membership features for the operational lifetime of the Monster Forge service, rather than the lifetime of the purchaser.
Lifetime membership does not guarantee that Monster Forge will operate indefinitely. Material service changes or discontinuation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any specific purchase commitments.
5. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are subject to the billing terms disclosed during checkout.
If a subscription renews automatically, its renewal frequency, price, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions through the available account or billing management options, or by contacting Green God Games.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically terminate access already paid for, unless otherwise disclosed.
Refunds are handled according to applicable law and any refund policy presented at the time of purchase.
We will not impose undisclosed recurring charges.
6. User-Created Content
Monster Forge allows users to create, customize, and potentially store original monsters, characters, statistics, descriptions, and other tabletop gaming content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of any original intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.
By uploading or saving User Content through our Services, you grant Green God Games a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Services.
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our systems, except for temporary backups, legally required retention, or other limited circumstances permitted by law.
Green God Games does not claim ownership of your original monster creations merely because you used Monster Forge to create them.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate the intellectual property rights of others or applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Green God Games owns or licenses the website design, software, original artwork, branding, original adventures, campaign settings, and other proprietary materials made available through our Services.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit Green God Games’ proprietary software or content without authorization, except as expressly permitted by an applicable license or by law.
Third-Party Game Content
Monster Forge may include or reference game mechanics, creature information, terminology, and other materials originating from third-party tabletop role-playing game systems.
Such materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable licenses.
Dungeons & Dragons and related trademarks are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Green God Games is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms grants users rights to third-party intellectual property beyond those permitted by the applicable licenses or law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of our Services.
- Upload malware or other harmful software.
- Use automated scraping or bulk extraction in ways that violate applicable law, access restrictions, or our intellectual property rights.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Green God Games.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten other community members through our Services.

9. Availability and Changes to Services
We strive to keep Monster Forge and our other Services available and functioning properly.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update features, correct errors, or modify the Services as necessary.
Where practical, we will provide advance notice of significant changes affecting paid features.
10. Data Storage and Backups
Although we take reasonable precautions to protect saved content, users should maintain independent copies of important creations whenever export or download functionality is available.
We cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur.
Any limitations of liability for data loss are subject to applicable law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Monster Forge is a creative gaming tool. Users are responsible for reviewing generated or customized game statistics and determining whether creatures are appropriate for their campaigns.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green God Games and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount paid by the user for that Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
For free Services, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, protect the security of our systems, or comply with legal requirements.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue before terminating a paid account.
Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
